Afraid of commitment?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no commitment. Additionally, we offer discounts for long term storage, so if you know the amount of time you will be storing you can save by prepaying your rent.
When can I get to my belongings?
Access available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Will my belongings be safe?
We offer state-of-the-art security that includes 24 hour videotaped surveillance, electronic gate access, and good lighting.
Can I purchase insurance?
Tenant insurance is available. We recommend you purchase insurance to protect your items. Check with your insurance agent, as you may already have coverage.
How much notice do I need to give to move out?
We require a 7 days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?
Gatekeeper Storage offers a wide variety of store merchandise including boxes and packing supplies.
What is a Resident Manager?
Our managers live in an apartment on the facility grounds. Most other facilities have no one physically on-site during off hours.
Are drive-up units available?
We offer the convenience of drive-up units that allow you to load and unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit.
What are climate controlled units?
We offer climate controlled units to protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions.
Can I store a RV/Camper/Car/Boat?
Gatekeeper Storage offers RV/Camper/Car/Boat storage.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have your payment be automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account.
